Before you send a drawing
A little information up front saves a round of emails. If you can tell us the following, we can usually quote on the first reply:
- Cross-section — drawing or sample. A photo with a scale works for a first assessment.
- Material — stainless 304 / 316L / 430, aluminium 6061 / 6063, copper C1100 / C10100, or your own grade.
- Critical dimensions — which sizes must be held, and to what tolerance. Not every dimension needs to be tight.
- Quantity — trial order and expected annual volume.
- Delivery — destination port or door, and when you need it.
