Triangular wire — also called wedge wire or V-wire — is drawn with a flat top and a wider base so that the slot opens toward the flow. Particles pass instead of jamming, and the screen keeps its open area under load, which is why it is the standard working surface for mine sieve bends, vibrating screen panels and wedge wire cylinders.
We draw it in 304, 316L and 430 stainless steel from 0.8 to 4.0 mm, including the widely used 1x2 mm section. Slot width, support rod spacing and cylinder diameter are all set by your screen specification.
