How to use the drawing library
Every drawing in this library is a real cross-section we have produced. The code is our internal reference; the size and parameters describe the geometry we can hold. Triangular wire and wedge wire profiles lead the library — if your part is not listed, send us your drawing, as most non-round sections are drawn to order rather than pulled from a catalogue.
- Quote from a code. Give us the drawing number and we will confirm material, tolerance and lead time.
- Wedge wire screens. Send the slot width and open area you must hold; we will propose the triangular wire section.
- Custom geometry. Send a DXF, PDF or sketch with the critical dimensions marked; we review drawability before pricing.
- Material and finish. 304, 316L and 430 stainless for screens and filtration; aluminium and copper alloys for shaped wire.
