ERQI New Materials has shipped a full container of shaped and profile wire to a distributor in Germany, covering several stainless sections and a repeat order of flat wire for a component manufacturer.
Every coil was drawn to the customer's drawing, checked for profile and size along its length, and packed on spools with the coil number marked and matched to the inspection record. Documentary requirements — material certificates, packing list and markings — were prepared with the shipment so that goods could clear without a second round of questions.
How we handle export orders
- Material certificate matched to each coil number
- Spool, coil or straight-length packing as agreed
- Neutral or customer-branded marking on request
- Photos of packing before the container is sealed
For a European distributor, repeatability matters more than the first shipment. Coil-to-coil consistency, the same tolerance and the same documentation are what make a second order easy — and that is the standard we aim to keep.
